This policy explains what data we collect through www.luxing.hr, for what purpose, and what rights you have. The controller is LUXING d.o.o., Trg Otokara Keršovanija 15, 10000 Zagreb, Croatia, VAT ID 69192015328, e-mail iva@luxing.hr.

What we collect

The Contact page has a form that prepares a message in your email program. It does not send the message automatically; you send the details when you choose to send the email. We use information in your message only to answer your enquiry.

Cookies and analytics

With your consent we use Google Analytics 4 for visit statistics. Analytics loads only after you accept it in the consent bar. If you decline, it does not run.

Your choice is stored locally in your browser and is not sent to us. You can withdraw consent by clearing site data in your browser, after which the bar appears again.

Recipients and retention

We do not sell data. It may be accessible to service providers processing data on our behalf (the hosting provider, Google as analytics provider). E-mail is kept for the duration of the correspondence and a reasonable period afterwards.

Your rights

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and objection, as well as the right to lodge a complaint with the Croatian Personal Data Protection Agency (AZOP). To exercise these rights, write to iva@luxing.hr.
